Teaching

There
are 32 teaching staff at Hatton Vale SS, including 22 classrooms. In 2023,
we have 3 classes per year level with 4 in year 1.
Teacher
aides
We
have 15 teacher assistants who support the teaching staff. The Teacher assistants
at Hatton Vale State School make a huge contribution to the learning
outcomes of our students.
Specialist
teachers
We have a
number of specialist teachers who provide services to the students in our
school. Your children will have lessons with these teachers.
Diverse Learning Centre
Hatton Vale State School has a Diverse Learning Centre that consists of a Head of Special Education and Special Education Teachers supporting Hatton Vale State School, Lockrose State School, Glenore Grove State School and Kentville State School. Hatton Vale State School promotes and caters for full school inclusion and tailors programs for students with diverse needs.
