P&C

Parents are valuable partners in education with teachers and students. The School believes that students, staff and parents working together make the best decisions. Our school encourages parent involvement in school life.  

We have a very supportive parent community with an active P&C who raise valuable funds for our children. 

The P&C is responsible for:

  • Bringing parents and teachers together to share information about what is happening at our school.
  • Managing the operation of the SCHOOL TUCKSHOP, this includes sourcing volunteers to help.
  • Buying much needed equipment and resources for our school, organises fundraising and social events for the school community.
  • Working with school staff in decision-making about day to day issues at our school.
The P&C Association meets 7pm monthly at Porter's Plainland Hotel Function Rooms. Please refer to our school newsletter for dates.

All parents are encouraged to attend the P&C meetings in order to contribute to decisions regarding the school and to hear reports from the School Leadership Team.
